Rolien is our Office Manager. Based in London, she runs our offices across multiple locations. Supporting our chief operating officer (COO) with operational matters and internal communications, she is heavily involved in our employees’ journey. Concerned with our firm’s personnel/HR management, Rolien strives to get the best out of our individuals by making the most of their talents, strengths, and unique personalities.
Prior to her role at Keller Lenkner UK, Rolien gained event coordination experience as a special events executive at the NSPCC. Before that, she ran a training company as head of training and operations. This position saw her run the day-to-day operations of the business, while making sure each client’s training and development journey was rewarding and memorable.
Rolien’s educational experience is a unique combination of drama and strategic management and leadership (Chartered Management Institute).
