Nate is an associate at Keller Lenkner UK. Drawing upon his background as an experienced commercial litigator handling high-value claims, he works across the full range of the firm’s cases.
Prior to joining Keller Lenkner UK, Nate was an associate at the international law firm Kobre & Kim. Before Kobre & Kim, he was an associate at the UK Financial Conduct Authority.
Nate has acted for a broad range of clients, from individuals to corporates, across a wide range of industries. He has been published by Global Investigations Review and Bloomberg Law, and has been quoted several times in Commercial Disputes Resolution magazine.
Nate is a practising barrister and has appeared before the Court of Appeal and the UK Supreme Court. He has a passion for pro bono and has appeared before both the Welfare Benefits and Employment Tribunals on behalf of pro bono clients.
Nate read law at Durham University and studied the BPTC at Kaplan Law School. He was called to the Bar by the Honourable Society of Gray’s Inn in 2012. He has been ranked as one of the top 100 contentious trusts litigators globally by Citywealth Leaderslist, with peers noting that he is a “creative problem solver”.
