Kavitha is a paralegal in the Investment Fraud and Mis-selling division at Keller Lenkner UK. She assists clients who have experienced financial loss due to misrepresentation or breach of contract by the seller/provider. She works on individual and group claims, pursued through channels such as the Financial Ombudsman Service, the Financial Services Compensation Scheme, and litigation.
Kavitha began her career as an adjudicator at the Financial Ombudsman Service. Here she gained exposure to a wide range of retail financial product claims. She then acquired experience in litigation by working at a variety of international law firms as a paralegal.
Kavitha gained her Graduate Diploma in Law in 2015 from Cardiff University before completing qualifications in Financial Crime and UK Financial Regulations at the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments. She is currently undertaking the Solicitor Qualifying Exam and plans to qualify in 2022. She also aims to specialise in investments.
